How I Used Noom to Lose 20 Pounds and Workouts to Get Much Stronger

I've been using Noom for about four months now, and I've lost about 20 pounds and gotten much stronger. I've also been tracking my sleep and activity, and I'm feeling better than ever. I have hit personal bests in all of my weightlifting exercises and I can confidently say that I am the strongest I have ever been.

I started using Noom because I was wanted to lose weight. I am taking blood pressure medication, and I want to find a natural way to lower my blood pressure.

Past that, I have to also reccomend heavy lifting. Being strong is cool, but the mental health benefits are amazing. It keeps me in the moment, grounded, and feeling confident.
